CERTIFIED AND RELIABLE

Every Ivy Tech Assistant is required to take an in-depth, 16 week course on customer service. Assistants must pass an exam to become certified. Each assistant is retested every six months with a simulation of real-life scenarios to ensure that Ivy Tech is providing you with the most reliable assistants.
